Unmatched Official

Spring of Myths 2026 is the spring Major event in the Official Unmatched organized play season. It uses a Swiss Group structure over up to 5 weeks of play. Players will promote onward to an elimination bracket upon achieving their 3rd match win. Players are eliminated from the event upon their 3rd match loss. The event features a curated roster of fighters and maps, including the newly released Stars and Stripes content.
This event utilizes a Conquest Draft with 3 alternating pre-bans per player, followed by a snake draft of 4 characters per player. Players will then ban 1 of their opponent's fighters, and then finally self-ban one of their own. The match will be played in a Best 2 of 3 format using the selected fighters, with 2 maps bans per game (according to the detailed rules document), where players win the match by winning a game with each of their fighters. Once a player wins a game with a fighter, they cannot be played for the remainder of that match. Please see the linked rules document for exact match processes. The Restoration Discord server has details on all scheduling, communication, and organizational policies. This event uses Prestige points as part of its prizing structure. Each match played awards 2 Prestige. Each win during a match awards another 4.
Each stage of the Elimination bracket will award bonus prestige
The final Top 4 players will receive a spot in the invitational Championship Gauntlet at the end of the 2026 season
The Champion will receive a Spring of Myths 2026 machined metal trophy commemorating their victory
