Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tabletop League platform operated by Tabletop League, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Tabletop League provides a platform for organizing, managing, and participating in tabletop game tournaments and competitions. Our services include tournament management, match tracking, player statistics, and related features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Tabletop League. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our service.

You are responsible for your content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Tabletop League service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tabletop League, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Game names, logos, and related IP referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Tournament Rules

Tournament organizers may establish additional rules for their events. Participants agree to abide by both these Terms and any specific tournament rules. Disputes regarding tournament rules should be directed to the tournament organizer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLETOP LEAGUE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabletop League, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
