Competitions

This League event will be run as a pure Swiss event, with no eliminations or top cuts, over 4 weeks, from July 5th through August 2nd. It will feature a high power pool of characters and outliers, along with the Arsenal draft format: where each player will select pools of 5 characters, mirror banning, until each player has 5 unique characters. After 1 opponent ban and 1 self ban, each player will assign their remaining 3 characters to one game where they have map advantage, one game where their opponent has map advantage, and one reserved tie-breaker game where advantage is determined by coin flip. To win the round, a player must win 2 games. A maximum of 40 Prestige can be earned in this event. This event will be used in qualification for the Championship Gauntlet event at the end of the season.

All published characters (except Deadpool) and all maps (except classic Yukon) are legal in this format. It will use the Roster match format. Please see the linked rules document for exact match processes. The Restoration Discord server has details on all scheduling, communication, and organizational policies. This event uses Prestige points as part of its prizing structure. Each match played awards 2 Prestige. Each win during a match awards another 4. A maximum of 40 Prestige can be earned in this event. This event will be used in qualification for the Championship Gauntlet event at the end of the season.
