Ladders that close on time, and Team League fixtures that show your next step
Ladders now close when they say they will, competition pages show exactly
when that is in your own time zone, Team League fixtures tell you your next
step and update live, and the site gets one tidy top bar on your phone.
Ladders close at their end time
A competition page now shows its end as an exact time in your own time zone,
like Sep 29, 2026, 6:00 PM EDT, instead of just a date. You'll see it in
the header, and the Schedule panel gives the start and end times the same
way.
That end time is now a real cutoff for ladder and open competitions. After it,
players can't start new matches or report results there, from the website or
from Discord: the stage page, Log a Match and Challenge a Player say
when the competition closed instead. If your opponent reported a result before
the cutoff, you can still confirm it. If a match still needs a result after
the cutoff, an organizer can record it on the website.
About an hour after the cutoff, the competition finishes by itself: the stage
completes, final placements lock, and matches nobody started are cancelled.
Other formats, like round-robin, Swiss, brackets and Team League, keep working
on their own round deadlines.

Your next step on a Team League fixture
The fixture tells you what to do. A bar at the top of the fixture page
stays in view as you scroll. If you're a captain with something due, it says
what, like Your lineup is due, with the deadline and one button, such as
Submit lineup, that takes you straight to the form. Seated players get
Open your board, and everyone else sees where the fixture stands, like
Waiting on Club B's lineup or Boards in play: 3/6 done.
Reveals arrive on their own. When the second club submits its lineup,
both lineups appear on both captains' screens without a reload. Fighter
assignments work the same way.
Forms that don't start red. Lineup, draft and assignment forms no longer
open with every slot marked as an error. A slot is flagged once you've
touched it or tried to submit.
A searchable draft picker. Search fighters and maps as you record the
draft. Banned fighters are listed but can't be picked, with the reason, like
Banned through round 3.
Know where you are. The page is titled with its round and clubs, like
Round 3 · Club A vs Club B, and your own board is marked You.
Clear endings. A walkover says which club withdrew and which club the
fixture went to. Once a round is closed, or a fixture is cancelled or
decided by walkover, the page no longer shows forms you can't use.
There are two new help pages for Team League rounds:
Playing a Team League Round for captains
and players, and Running Team League Rounds
for organizers. The other Team League guides have been brought up to date too.
One top bar on your phone
Back and the page title, up top. On a phone, the header now shows a back
arrow and the page you're on, in place of the separate strip of links below
it, so the page starts higher up. The main tabs (Home, Competitions
and Profile) show just their title. The game switcher moved to the top
of the menu.
Shorter tab labels. The bottom bar's labels stay short. On a competition
with several stages, the tab reads Stage, and the stage's name goes in
the top bar.
One badge per count. Your unread count shows on the Activity tab
instead of on both the bell and the tab.
Nothing stuck underneath. You can always scroll the end of a page clear
of the Teo button, and the links at the very bottom of the page are no
longer hidden under the bottom bar.
On a computer, nothing changes.
A few smaller touches
Cancel means cancel. Choosing Log out and then Cancel no longer
leaves the page unclickable. The same fix covers the dialogs in a match's
menu on an organizer's Matches page and Manage Systems in the game
switcher.
